This is definitely an excellent way to achieve results with a low impact exercise.

There are many things that people think about when they hear the word healthy. No one ever thinks that being healthy is in any way related to being overweight, and there is a good reason for that. The truth is that having some extra pounds has been linked to many serious health issues, and there seems to be no positive aspect of carrying extra weight. Due to the recent events around the COVID-19, and the City of Toronto closing community and recreational centre, we are taking extra precautions to keep everyone safe.

 

We have made the decision to temporarily close as of March 16, 2020, until April 5, 2020, and our spring session will resume on Monday, April 6, 2020.

 

What does this mean for our students?

 

The winter session will finish on schedule, and all classes on March 15 will run as normal.

The spring session will run from April 6 until July 12, 2020.

For those who cannot extend their swimming classes for the two weeks in July, we will offer makeup classes within the session.

For those who do become ill and cannot attend our spring session, the spring session will be credited into their accounts, to be used for later sessions.
