Aqua Little and Aqua Big both introduce and build on foundational swimming skills with an emphasis on basic movements and stroke development (i.e., front crawl, back crawl, elementary, breaststroke, and butterfly). Students in Aqua Little and Aqua Big can expect to gain water confidence, boost muscle endurance, and develop proper swimming technique.

Their swimming skills improved significantly and now they get very excited to go swimming instead of getting scared.
